Simple measurement of meshes using a hand-held measuring device in the micrometer range

AIT Mesh Expert Solution is a product for measuring plastic and wire meshes. The instrument measuring head has a field of view of approx. 2 x 1.7mm² or 7 x 6mm² and achieves a resolution of 1µm or 3.5µm.

The measurements are carried out according to various standards such as ISO-3310-1 or our own tolerance specifications. The weft and warp of the mesh opening and the fabric are measured.
