AIT SmartGate MiniMax

The AIT SmartGate MiniMax is AIT Goehner’s compact solution for automatically capturing all 1D and 2D codes on HU labels (e.g., VDA labels) and goods accompanying documents along the conveyor line.

The system is automatically triggered by integrated light barriers and reads codes on the fly on up to five sides. The captured data is transferred to higher-level systems via Profinet or TCP/IP. A built-in script also enables the sorting and filtering of different labels according to defined logic. Optionally, the system can capture the load carrier in 3D to detect damage or identify the type – for greater process reliability and efficiency in intralogistics.
